Thus, over the first 9 months of 2024, the average monthly real salary in the republic, the EEC notes, increased by 11.3%.
According to Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko, real wage growth in the country is currently 13%.

The EEC reported that Belarus is the leader in the EAEU in terms of growth in nominal wages – for the period from January to September 2024 it amounted to +19.6%.
The commission calculated that in dollar equivalent, the average salary of Belarusians for the first 9 months of the outgoing year settled at $690.
By the way. From January 1, 2025, the minimum wage in the country will increase by 100 rubles – to 726 rubles.
The National Statistical Committee also has some interesting figures.
Thus, the department recorded the average nominal accrued salary in Belarus at 2,363.4 rubles in October.
The highest of these salaries was found in Minsk – 3,149 rubles 40 kopecks on average.
The TOP-3 includes Minsk and Gomel regions with indicators of 2,406.2 and 2,134.6 rubles, respectively.
Next come Grodno (2,111.9), Brest (2,110.9), Vitebsk (1,988.6) and Mogilev (1,974.6) regions.
Employees' salaries
Belstat sees representatives of the information and communications sector as leaders – they earned 5,646 rubles 60 kopecks on average in October.
In second and third place are financiers and insurers (3,578 rubles 90 kopecks) and builders (2,951.5 rubles).
The fourth place in the ranking belongs to workers in professional, scientific and technical activities. The average salary is 2,919.4 rubles.
Fifth and sixth places are occupied by those involved in industry (2,622.8 rubles) and transport activities, warehousing, postal and courier activities (2,463.7).

This means that the real salaries of Belarusians, especially at the present time, that is, in November-December, may differ.
Pinsk
Real wages are not always lower than statistical ones. Often they are higher. Even in regional centers.
For example, in Pinsk (Brest region) today you can find salaries of up to 4,500 rubles.
At least, these are the figures indicated in the vacancies posted on the website of the state employment service.
In particular, the Tossat company is ready to provide salaries from 4,000 to 4,500 rubles.

In second place are the highest salaries in Pinsk – amounts from 3,000 to 3,500 rubles.

The company "SMU 48" is recruiting an estimator, design engineer and repairman.
All the named specialists were promised salaries from 3,000 to 3,500 rubles.
Third position – salaries from 2,500 to 2,706 rubles.
Thus, the Center for Mechanization of Track Works of the Belarusian Railway will provide from 2,500 to 2,700 rubles to the heads of the repair shop and the technology department.
OJSC Pinsksovkhozstroy will write out exactly 2,500 rubles to the chief accountant.
