It recently became known that since October 1, more than 500 Belarusians have re-registered from individual entrepreneurs to legal entities.
This information was announced by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Economy of Belarus Vladimir Naumovich.
He reported that the activities planned for last year in the field of entrepreneurship were generally completed.
In this regard, I drew attention to the law on entrepreneurial activity and the updated law on investments.
The documents have basically reformatted the investment and entrepreneurial environment in the country, Belta quotes the deputy minister as saying.
He called the re-registration of individual entrepreneurs “on the same day” a new mechanism within the framework of the law on entrepreneurial activity.
According to the official, over 500 Belarusians have used this mechanism to date.
At the same time, he noted that due to the adjusted legislation, the Ministry of Economy receives many questions.
All explanations are being jointly prepared by our colleagues and sent to entrepreneurs and organizations independently carrying out professional activities within the established timeframes, said Naumovich.
For reference
An individual entrepreneur (IE) is an individual registered in accordance with the procedure established by law and carrying out entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity: a subject of entrepreneurial activity.
