According to this information, in October 2024 the indicator was recorded at 2,363 rubles 40 kopecks.
The highest salaries are noted in the capital of the republic. The department speaks of 3,149 rubles 40 kopecks. On average.
Regions and workers
The top three regions with the highest salaries also included Minsk and Gomel regions – 2,406.2 and 2,134.6 rubles, respectively.
Next come Grodno (2,111.9), Brest (2,110.9) and Vitebsk (1,988.6) regions.
And in last place is Mogilev region, where local employers pay their workers an average of 1,974.6 rubles.
By the way, among working Belarusians, Belstat noted that the highest salaries are among representatives of the information and communications sector – 5,646 rubles 60 kopecks. On average.
The TOP-3 also included financiers and insurers (3,578 rubles 90 kopecks) and builders (2,951.5 rubles).
They are followed by those engaged in professional, scientific and technical activities - 2,919 rubles 40 kopecks.
Next come workers in industry (2,622.8 rubles) and transport, warehousing, postal and courier activities (2,463.7 rubles).
Grodno region
The figures mentioned above are only averaged statistical indicators. This means that real salaries today, in particular, November salaries, may differ.
There are salaries that are both lower than average and higher than average. And there are quite a lot of the latter, including in the regions.
For example, in the Grodno region, as follows from vacancies in the database of the state employment service, some people offer salaries over 9,700 rubles.
To be more precise, we are talking about an amount ranging from 6,264 to 9,771 rubles.
