More than 10,000 rubles. The highest salaries in Belarus have been named

Over the last five years, real wages in Belarus have grown by 25.3%.

This figure was announced by the National Statistical Committee, noting that the nominal accrued average salary in September of this year amounted to 2,313.9 rubles.

And the highest average salary, according to the department, was observed in the capital – 3,058 rubles 30 kopecks were paid to workers in September.

Regions and workers

The TOP-3 also included Minsk and Gomel regions with indicators of 2,367 and 2,095.1 rubles, respectively.

Next come Grodno (2,067.9 rubles), Brest (2,063.6) and Vitebsk (1,963.9) regions.

In last place was Mogilev region, where workers were paid an average of 1,949 rubles 80 kopecks in September.

By the way, among the latter, representatives of the information and communications sector can boast the highest salaries – Belstat reports that they received 5,474.3 rubles on average.

They are followed by financiers and insurers (3,312.4 rubles), as well as workers in the category of “professional, scientific and technical activities” (2,894.3 rubles).

Next come builders (2,822.8), industrial workers (2,570.3), and representatives of the transport, warehousing, postal and courier industries (2,302.2).

It should be noted that all the figures mentioned above are average statistical indicators.

The real picture may differ. For example, today in Belarus there are salaries much higher than the average.

Up to 10,800 rubles

Thus, in the database of the state employment service there is a vacancy in which the employer offers a potential employee a salary of 10,000 to 10,800 rubles.

We are talking about an offer from the company Beltelecom (Minsk), which has a vacancy for a deputy general director for economics and commercial issues.

The company lists the following duties of the specialist:

– management of the implementation of a unified economic policy;
– management of the development of long-term and current forecasts of economic and social development, business plans for the development of the organization;
– creation of a model for the company’s development in terms of innovative activities;
– defining the main directions, sales strategy, ways to improve communication services and market promotion;
– coordination of work on the provision of telecommunication services to consumers;
- marketing management;
– defining the concept of advertising events;
– management of the financial activities of the enterprise.

In addition, it is separately stated that the applicant for the position must have a good knowledge of English.

He must have at least 10 years of relevant work experience. Higher education.

From 7,500 rubles

In second place in a kind of rating of the highest autumn salaries in Belarus are amounts from 8,000 to 8,139 rubles.

Thus, the company "Profistil" from the Minsk region offers exactly 8,000 rubles to the deputy general director.

And the football club "Arsenal" from Dzerzhinsk promises to pay the athlete-instructor 8,139 rubles 53 kopecks monthly.

In third place are several vacancies from the Bayelosy Office of the Canton International Exchange and Cooperation Center LLC (Minsk).

The company is ready to pay from 7,500 to 7,800 rubles to a manager, deputy head of ideological work.

A similar salary is provided for the deputy head of information technology and the translator.
