The National Statistical Committee of Belarus has updated data on the available resources of the country's households.
The latest data (obtained from a sample survey) covers the third quarter of the current year.
According to this information, published by the press service of Belstat, the available resources of a household for the specified quarter amounted to 2,496 rubles 10 kopecks per month.
In cities and urban-type settlements – 2,611.8 rubles, in rural settlements – 2,121.8 rubles.
As for cash expenses, the average monthly amount for a household is 2,387.7 rubles.
At the same time, 70.9% of expenses are for consumer purposes – 1,692.2 rubles.
In turn, among consumer expenditures, spending on non-food products and food dominates – 37.2% and 35.9%, respectively.
In the third quarter, Belarusians spent 24.5% of their total expenses on paying for services.
