According to this indicator, Minsk is the leader in the republic – the average value for October was 3,149 rubles 40 kopecks.

Following the capital are the Minsk and Gomel regions, where they pay an average of 2,406.2 and 2,134.6 rubles, respectively.
Belstat further names the Grodno (2,111.9), Brest (2,110.9), Vitebsk (1,988.6) and Mogilev (1,974.6) regions.
The department also reported the highest salaries among workers in the country.
In first place are citizens employed in the field of information and communications with average salaries of 5,646 rubles 60 kopecks.
The TOP-3 also included financiers and insurers (3,578 rubles 90 kopecks) and builders (2,951.5 rubles).
Behind them are those engaged in professional, scientific and technical activities. Their average salary is 2,919 rubles 40 kopecks.
Next come workers in industry (2,622.8 rubles) and transport, warehousing, postal and courier activities (2,463.7 rubles).
Baranovichi
Of course, the figures given above do not fully reflect reality, since they are average statistical indicators.
And this very reality right now is such that at the end of autumn – beginning of winter salaries can be both higher and lower than average.
If you look at the highest ones, you can find that even in regional centers some salaries exceed those in the capital.
For example, in Baranovichi. The situation here is evidenced by the numbers in the vacancies of employers posted on the website of the state employment service.
Thus, in this city of the Brest region, the highest salaries today are in the range from 4,000 to 5,500 rubles.
However, only one employer offers such money to those willing to work in the regional center.
This is the company "Tossat". Hiring a roofer for metal roofs (from 4,000 to 4,500 rubles).
It will also employ a carpenter-concreter and a bricklayer. Both specialists are promised from 4,000 to 4,500 rubles.
Other big salaries
In second place in the TOP salaries rating of Baranovichi are salaries in the amount of 3,300 to 3,600 rubles.
The organization "PipeTechStroy" prepared exactly 3,300 rubles for the electric and gas welder.
JSC "558 Aircraft Repair Plant" is hiring a First Deputy Manager. Will provide from 3,300 to 3,500 rubles.
And the head of the department from the Locomotive Depot of Baranovichi can receive 3,600 rubles monthly upon successful employment in the organization.
Third place was taken by salaries from 3,017 to 3,160 rubles.
