The Ministry of Finance of Belarus has set new prices for the purchase of precious metals in products and scrap from individuals.
The innovation does not apply to transactions involving the purchase and sale of precious metals in the form of measured ingots and coins by banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations from individuals.
The updated prices are included in the Ministry of Finance Resolution No. 65 dated December 9 of this year.

According to the resolution, purchase prices for precious metals in products and scrap (by samples, per gram) will be:
– gold: 375th assay value – 102 rubles 33 kopecks; 500th assay value – 136 rubles 45 kopecks; 583rd and 585th – 159.64 rubles; 750th – 204.67 rubles; 900th – 245.60 rubles; 916th – 249.97; 950th – 259.25; 958th – 261.43.
– silver: 750th sample – 2.38 rubles; 800th – 2.54; 875th – 2.77; 916th – 2.90; 925th – 2.93; 960th – 3.04;
– platinum: 950th sample – 92 rubles 76 kopecks.
The department’s resolution entered into force from the moment of its publication.
