The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus has updated the instructions on the procedure for establishing and applying regulated prices (tariffs).
The corresponding decision is stipulated in the department’s resolution No. 65 dated October 30 of this year.
The document was officially published on the republic’s legal internet portal.
The specified resolution supplements the list of expenses that may be included in expenses related to the delivery of goods.
In particular, we are talking about the transportation of products by third-party organizations or individual entrepreneurs.
In this case, provided that the cost of the goods is regulated by the state, the costs of transport packaging and containers during transportation can be included in expenses, but only at the purchase price.
This MART resolution came into force from the moment of its official publication.
