Social connections, ambitions, and strategic thinking have a characteristic influence on the personal qualities of a businessman. Some managers can be soft and honest, others tough and two-faced.

Much depends on the direction of the business. Any activity, even short, leaves a mark on the mind.

If a person opens his own business, he becomes much more determined and persistent, flexible and practical.

For a businessman, positive changes such as speed of thinking, commercial acumen, the ability to act coolly in stressful situations, activity, and the ability to build a strategy may also manifest. And negative traits such as stinginess, secrecy, and emotional burnout may manifest.
