What foods should not be combined with coffee

Firstly, dairy products. Of course, you can add milk to your coffee, but if you consume dairy products to replenish your calcium deficiency, you shouldn't drink them with coffee.

Secondly, it is not recommended to drink coffee at the same time as foods high in iron.

These include red meat, liver, lentils, white beans, spinach. Coffee impairs iron absorption.

Thirdly, it is strictly forbidden to combine coffee with alcohol. Due to the increased load on the liver, the hangover will be felt much more strongly.
