Who needs to eat radishes?

Radish contains a large amount of essential oils, fiber, vitamins B and PP, micro- and macroelements (calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron).

Radish should be included in the diet of those who want to lose weight, normalize the digestive tract, lower blood pressure, strengthen the nervous system and immunity.

This healthy product also has contraindications: individual intolerance and exacerbation of diseases of the pancreas, liver and gastrointestinal tract.

To get the most benefit, radish should be eaten raw. It can be combined with almost anything: protein products (meat, fish), carbohydrates (cereals, potatoes), any vegetables.
