How to have a proper breakfast
During sleep, the body uses up the resources it has accumulated during the day, and in the morning it needs to replenish these reserves.
Products that contain sugar and yeast, such as white bread, are not suitable for this role. And sausage generally contains many dyes and preservatives. Coffee is also not recommended.
It is better to cook cereals, omelette and salad with chicken breast. It is better to replace regular white bread with whole grain.
