At first glance, a cabinet with excessively deep shelves may not seem like the most convenient place to store things.
However, if you use the tricks from the expert of the online publication “BelNovosti”, designer Yulia Tychino, then you will probably soon change your mind.
Don't fill the boxes to capacity
The fewer items you store on shelves and in drawers, the easier it will be to find the ones you need. Place the items you use most often at the front and leave the ones you use less often in the back.
Ladder the contents
The "ladder" can be used when it comes to storage in the bathroom, kitchen or wardrobe.
This means that you should arrange things in such a way that the smallest of them is in the first row, and the largest in the last. As a result, you will get the maximum overview and will definitely not forget what you have and what you have run out of (if we are talking about, for example, food or household chemicals).
Equip your closet with pull-out hangers
Additional hangers will allow you to have easier access to your clothes or textiles.
Pull-out hangers can be positioned at different levels, so you don't have to turn your entire closet upside down to find the shirt or kitchen towel you need.
Use a rotating stand
If you leave a rotating round stand on a shelf in a deep cabinet, you will have no problem reaching far-off jars in the kitchen or jewelry on the vanity.
It is best to use it for storing small accessories, bulk products or cosmetics with household chemicals - this way, access to the depths of the cabinet will be open to you.
Place inside the basket
Baskets can be used as a substitute for drawers. It is recommended to use suitable sized, dense items that fit into open drawers and are used to store all sorts of things.
This storage method can be used anywhere: in a child’s room or in a living room.
