In fact, for solar panels to work, it doesn’t matter what the weather is outside – sunny or cloudy, hot or cold.
The whole point is that electromagnetic radiation reaches the Earth’s surface regardless of the time of year.
Dense clouds can actually reduce performance.
But thanks to modern technology, this difference can be almost completely compensated for by the location and angle of inclination.
Moreover, if the thermometer rises above 25 degrees Celsius, the performance of the panels becomes lower by approximately 10-25%.
Therefore, the ideal conditions for the operation of such batteries are frosty and sunny weather.
But at night, unfortunately, solar panels cannot work.
