Vertical print
Vertical lines can visually increase the height of a room and add a few much-needed centimeters to the space.
However, it is important not to overdo it, so that the room does not look overloaded.
Try making stripes on one wall, thus turning it into an accent wall. It is not necessary to use lines - you can choose any other vertical pattern.
Long curtains to the floor
Additional verticality can be achieved not only through a pattern on the wall, but also through light curtains.
Curtains should be long enough to reach the floor – only then will the vertical folds in the material be able to visually raise the ceiling.
Another way to increase the height of the room is to install a profile cornice on the ceiling. To hide the cornice, you can use a neutral molding that will have the same color as the wall.
