Water-based paint is perfect for such a room, and you can also give preference to paper wallpaper. Such materials allow air to pass through and do not emit harmful substances. It is better to avoid relief patterns.
Ventilation
There should always be clean and fresh air in such a room.
Windows with micro-ventilation are ideal, as they will also help to avoid drafts.
Light
It will help to add coziness and even zone a small room. It is desirable that in addition to the main lamp in the center of the room there are also several built-in lamps in the play and work areas. A night light near the bed will not be superfluous.
Textile
Such things will add coziness and comfort, but at the same time, textiles for a child’s room should be safe and easy to care for.
It is also necessary to take into account the child’s age when choosing such things; for example, if the room is being prepared for an active 5-year-old child, then it is better to avoid floor-length curtains.
