Yulia Tychino, an expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" in the field of design and interior, told us what furniture to choose for the hallway and how to arrange it successfully.
Need a plan
The entry door should be the starting point. It is important that the furniture divides the hallway space into the entry area, where you can take off your outerwear and shoes, and the home area, where you usually walk barefoot or in slippers.
Choosing furniture
A wardrobe, pouf or bench can be called mandatory. Everything else depends on the circumstances.
It would be good if you could combine a wardrobe with a mirror. This could be a built-in model from floor to ceiling with mirrored doors.
You need to choose a pouf where you can at least store brushes and other shoe care products.
If space permits
If there is enough space in the hallway, it would be a good idea to put a shoe rack or chest of drawers here.
