Updating a kitchen can be difficult, but sometimes just replacing one element can transform the space.
An example could be a kitchen apron, which is now decorated not only with tiles and boring splashbacks with thematic designs.

1. Metal
By fixing metal sheets to the wall, you can refresh the interior. How convenient this is in everyday life is an individual decision.
2. Mirror
You can increase the space in an original way, make the kitchen brighter. But although the mirror is easy to clean, you will have to do it more often than usual – any dirt will be visible.
3. Tinted canvas
It's something between a mirror and a splashback with a pattern. It looks light, casual and doesn't get dirty as noticeably as a mirror.
4. Tile
It is difficult to find a more significant competitor for an apron. You can use options with a geometric or colorful pattern, just bright tiles or classic monochrome options.
5. Natural stone
Very impressive. Marble and other stone are afraid of the kitchen environment, because they absorb all the soot, and as a result of cleaning with improvised means they can become unusable.
