Some features of the layout of city apartments are so inconvenient, but, oddly enough, most people have long since gotten used to them and no longer notice them.
Only some new residents initially think about the question: is it worth combining the bathroom with the toilet?
Yulia Tychino, an expert of the online publication BelNovosti, spoke about the pros and cons of this.
This solution is at least beneficial for residents of small apartments, where every square meter of space is accounted for.
The rest can calmly continue to doubt, weighing the pros and cons.
Advantages of a combined bathroom
1. The first thing that catches your eye is the savings. At the very least, you will have to buy one less interior door.
2. You will no longer have to tile the wall on both sides separating the bathroom and toilet.
3. No matter what anyone says, there is much more space in a combined bathroom than in a separate one, and you can equip the bathroom with greater convenience.
4. You can place communications so that they do not spoil the decor and are easier to service in case of an accident.
5. The interior of the room clearly benefits and looks richer than in a separate bathroom.
Cons
1. The redevelopment will have to be formalized, which is also fraught with financial costs.
2. A combined bathroom is not the best option for large families: while one person is washing, the others have to endure it for a long time.
