Once you have decided on the screen size, additional features and brand of TV, there is one more important question to decide – where to place the device.
Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, designer Yulia Tychino shared her thoughts on this matter.
There are usually two options here.
The easiest and fastest way is to install the TV on a flat surface.
This could be a cabinet specifically designed for this purpose or a medium-height table.
The advantages of this solution include the stable position of the equipment and the ability to easily adjust the distance to the wall for connecting cables and other equipment.
Another option, quite similar to the previous one, is a TV stand. Here you can often find shelves for a console, sound bar, Blu Ray player and other equipment.
In addition, it will be enough to slightly push the stand, and it will move away on its wheels if you need to move the TV, for example, to clean up or change the viewing angle.
And the third is wall mounting, when the TV is placed on the wall opposite the place from which it is planned to be viewed.
This installation method will help you save a lot of space, which is especially important for small spaces, and also create an aesthetic look.
