All small rugs need to be either replaced with larger ones or removed completely. And there is a reason for this.
The disadvantage of small rugs
Small rugs make the room look smaller.
The problem becomes especially relevant in rooms with a small area.
But a large carpet “works” differently: thanks to it, the room will seem wider.
Exceptions to the rule
It is not always necessary to get rid of small rugs.
Sometimes you can't do without such products. Of course, you shouldn't remove the doormats lying by the front door.
There is no need to throw away a small item, which is just one of the many and not immediately noticeable details of the floor covering.
If the edges of the rug are covered by furniture or some material, then there is no need to change anything in the interior.
