And, conversely, it is quite possible that sun-loving plants that were used to create a greenhouse on the north balcony will simply die.

Thus, the southern balcony can be used for evening relaxation, equipped with blackout curtains and decorated with plants that love sunlight.
The northern balcony can be a great place to store, for example, vegetables and preserves, or for a comfortable workspace.
