Mirror surfaces are a popular solution used in the hopes of achieving a visual expansion of space.

Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, designer Yulia Tychino , told how to use mirrors in a cramped hallway.

Probably the easiest way would be to install a wardrobe that has mirrored doors from floor to ceiling. Such furniture will adjust the dimensions of a narrow and small room.

However, this is not the only way to use reflective surfaces in a room.

For example, adherents of classic interiors will not like a mirrored cabinet. In this case, it can be replaced with a mirror located in a niche between the cabinets.

This solution can be safely called sophisticated and functional. And it creates the illusion of additional volume no worse.

Finally, a third option is possible – a mirror wall.

The designer advises making the end wall where the passage ends mirrored.

The main thing is that the illusion of perspective should not be too realistic, so as not to confuse guests. An unobtrusive ornament will suit this perfectly.
