The smartest solution would be to choose tiles that are non-slip.
To do this, you don’t have to touch each tile sample – just carefully examine the packaging.
On building materials with an anti-slip surface you will find a corresponding symbol.
However, even a smooth tile with such a mark, if wet, can turn into a skating rink, which is why experts advise choosing tiles with a rough texture for decorating the bathroom and work area in the kitchen.
If you have overlooked this point and have already laid slippery tiles on the floor in the bathroom and kitchen, try to correct the situation by applying a special anti-slip agent to them.
Alternatively, lay rubber mats on the floor to help prevent falls and injuries.
