Unfortunately, healthy sleep can sometimes be disrupted by the most unpredictable things. In addition to stress in life and at work, the atmosphere in the home can also take away nervous energy. For example, it is very important to tidy up the bedroom and get rid of unnecessary things.
1. Mirror
If a sleeping person is reflected in the mirror, normal rest will not be in sight. The reflective surface accumulates negatives and emits them in its area of influence. This has a severe effect on the nervous state of a person whose mirror is located opposite the sleeping place.
2. PC
Any gadgets are a significant distraction. But if the goal is to get enough sleep, it is important to put aside your phone, TV and not use social networks about 1.5 hours before rest.
If the bedroom is cluttered with this, there will be constant temptations to take a peek at what is going on in the world. The result is an anxious short sleep and morning fatigue.
3. Desktop
This place concentrates forces and sets you up for work. Looking at the table, a person will subconsciously feel not relaxation, but tension. After all, the brain is not always able to quickly switch. This will disrupt the process of falling asleep.
If there are no other options for organizing the workplace, it is better to limit it and hide it from view, blocking it with a decorative screen after finishing all work.
4. Uncurtained windows
As a rule, to get a good night's sleep, you need an environment without unnecessary light glare. Only in the dark does the body produce melatonin, the hormone of rest.
Shadows from street lamps or passing cars, moonlight or early sun prevent this. Poor quality curtains let in glare and are not suitable for bedrooms.
5. Pets
The habit of sleeping in the company of animals should be eradicated. Cats, hamsters or dogs have a completely different life cycle.
People's schedules often do not coincide with their biological clocks. All this threatens that the cat will toss and turn at your feet at night and wake up, the hamster will rustle in its cage, and the owner will not replenish his strength.
