You can eat these cutlets even without a side dish: what to add to the minced meat

We often cook meat or vegetable cutlets for dinner, which is not surprising - such dishes are not only tasty, but also go well with a variety of side dishes.

If you don’t want to spend energy on preparing the main and additional dishes, try combining meat, vegetables and cereals.

As a result, you will get very appetizing cutlets made from minced meat, cabbage and rice.

You will also need to take onion and garlic, a little flour, an egg, tomato paste and add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

The vegetables need to be rinsed under water, peeled and chopped in a meat grinder.

After this, squeeze out excess moisture and combine with minced meat, rice, egg and spices.

Please note: the rice must be boiled until done before this.

Mix the cutlet mixture thoroughly and form cutlets from it.

Before frying, roll the cutlets in flour and brown them on both sides until golden brown – about 7 minutes.

Place the finished cutlets in a saucepan and pour in a mixture of water and tomato paste.

Simmer them for about 15 more minutes on low heat.
