What products are needed?
- Milk, 750 ml,
- Flour, 320 g,
- Baking powder, 1 tsp.,
- Vegetable oil, 2 tbsp.,
- Sugar, 2 tbsp.,
- Eggs, 3 pcs.
For the cream you need to prepare 400 g of heavy cream and 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
If you want to make the cake more interesting and appetizing, then you can use your favorite berries and fruits for decoration.
How to make pancake cake
Eggs should be beaten with a mixer with sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add butter, baking powder and milk.
Lastly, add the sifted flour.
The dough needs to sit for about 15-20 minutes, and then the pancakes can be baked in a preheated frying pan with oil.
When the pancakes are ready, they need to be greased with a mixture of sour cream and powdered sugar.
It is better to do this before the main product cools down. You can decorate the dessert with berries on top.
