  • coconut flakes - 140 g;
  • butter - 120 g;
  • brown sugar - 65 g;
  • white sugar - 60 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 210 g;
  • soda - 4 g.

How to Make Coconut Cookies

First, the shavings need to be lightly fried in a dry frying pan. In this case, the aroma will open up even more.

As soon as such an ingredient in the frying pan becomes golden, you can turn off the heat. The shavings need to cool.

Softened butter should be whipped with sugar until fluffy. Then you can add an egg and mix the mixture again.

The cold shavings must be combined with sifted flour and added to the dough.
