We'll tell you about three delicious dishes that were prepared during the Soviet era.
Salad "Passenger"
To prepare you will need: two pickles, onions (2-3 pcs.), 300 grams of beef liver, one carrot, mayonnaise.
We clean the raw liver from films, cut into small pieces, fry, cool, cut into strips.
Chop the onion and carrot, fry until soft, cool, add to the liver. Add the chopped cucumbers, salt, season with mayonnaise, mix.
Curly Soup
You will need: three potatoes, 50 grams of vermicelli, one chicken breast, two eggs, one onion, one carrot, bay leaf (1 pc.), two or three peppercorns, salt.
Boil the chicken, adding salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cool the meat, cut into cubes, put back into the broth.
While the chicken is cooling, fry the chopped carrots and onions. Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the broth, and after 15 minutes add the fried vegetables.
After 5 minutes, add the vermicelli and beaten eggs (pour in a thin stream, otherwise there will be no "curls"). After 5 minutes, pour the soup into bowls.
Chocolate sausage
You will need: 500 grams of cookies, 200 grams of sugar, 200 grams of butter, 100 milliliters of milk, three tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Place the cookies in a clean bag, tie it up, and roll it out to form large crumbs.
Add butter, sugar and cocoa to hot milk, mix until smooth, add to the container with cookies, mix, place on cling film, form a sausage, put in the refrigerator for three hours.
