It is difficult to find a side dish that cannot be served with gravy. The only difficulty is with the recipe itself – you want the taste to be harmonious.
We will tell you how to prepare exactly this gravy, which can be served with porridge, vegetables or pasta.
You will need:
- meat (preferably pork) - 400 g;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil - 10 ml;
- flour - ¼ tbsp;
- tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp. l.;
- olives - 10 pcs.;
- water (broth) - half a glass;
- milk - 2 tbsp;
- salt.
How to cook
1. Peel the vegetables. Grate the carrots, press the garlic and then fry the vegetables together in vegetable oil. Add spices to taste.
2. Cut the meat into pieces, add to the vegetables and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
3. Mix together tomato paste, milk and water (broth), then pour over the meat.
4. Add flour to thicken the sauce, then olives and simmer until the meat is cooked.
