To prepare the dip you will need:

- 150 g smoked salmon;
- 10 g horseradish root (can be replaced with garlic);
- 20 g lemon juice;
- 3 sprigs of dill;

The salmon needs to be cut into small pieces, then sprinkled with juice squeezed from a third of a lemon.
Using a blender, blend 100 g of fish together with cheese, sour cream, yogurt and horseradish into a homogeneous mass.
Before whipping, don't forget to add crushed peppercorns.
All that's left to do is fill the gravy boat with the dip, put the remaining salmon on top and garnish with finely chopped dill.
