Are you still wary of rice noodles on the store shelves? Don't be afraid to cook them!
Be sure to try this recipe with rice noodles, and in just 30 minutes you will have a delicious and spicy Asian-style dish on your table.
Let's start, of course, with the funchose itself. Place 200 g of noodles in a deep bowl and pour boiling water over them. Leave for 15 minutes, then rinse under cold water and let the water drain.
At this time, you can work on the vegetables. Wash 4 cucumbers and cut them into strips. Peel 1 carrot and grate it on a Korean carrot grater. Mix the vegetables in a bowl, add 0.5 teaspoon of sugar, salt and coriander to taste and leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut 300 g of pork into large strips and fry in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil until done. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well.
Peel 3 bell peppers, remove seeds and stems, cut into strips. Peel 1 onion and cut into half rings, add to the pork together with the pepper and cook for another 7 minutes in a frying pan.
Wash and chop 1 tomato and a bunch of coriander, add them, and 3 crushed cloves of garlic to the meat and vegetables. Add carrots and cucumbers here too.
Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a separate frying pan. Pour boiling oil and a tablespoon of vinegar into the funchose with pork. Now it's time for spices - 0.25 teaspoon of sweet ground paprika and red hot pepper (to taste).
Once you have thoroughly mixed the contents of the pan, cover it with a lid and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
