Batter on water
Mix the yolks of two eggs with a tablespoon of sunflower oil and half a glass of water, then add salt and spices and, stirring vigorously, half a glass of flour.
Whisk the batter until it reaches the consistency of sour cream, then carefully combine it with the egg whites beaten in a separate bowl (don't forget to add a pinch of salt to them) and use it to cook meat and poultry, as well as any vegetables.
Milk batter
We start preparing the batter in the same way as in the previous case: take 3 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Mix them (yolks) with 0.5 cups of milk. After adding curry and salt, pour in a cup of sifted flour, beat the resulting mass, and then carefully add the separately beaten whites.
This version of batter is perfect for frying cheese or chicken nuggets.
Beer batter
To prepare beer batter, mix 2 egg yolks, a glass of light beer, a tablespoon of sunflower oil, salt and spices. Then, gradually adding a glass of flour, mix the batter. Beat the whites into a firm foam and carefully combine with the liquid batter.
This batter can be used for frying fish, seafood - shrimp and squid. It can also be used for baking vegetables such as onions and bell peppers.
