After the holidays, it's time to think about how to make sure those calories don't end up on your waistline and elsewhere.
Some people go on a diet, others have fasting days. But in both cases, you can consider this recipe - broccoli puree soup.
You will need:
- broccoli - 500 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- broth - 500 ml;
- milk - 250 ml;
- flour - 1.5 tbsp;
- herbs to taste;
- salt, spices to taste.
How to cook
1. Wash the broccoli florets.
2. Finely chop the peeled onion and fry in vegetable oil.
3. Heat the broth (chicken or vegetable), add broccoli and fried onions.
4. Dissolve the flour in milk (if you want it to be more filling, you can use cream) and add to the broth.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat. All that remains is to mix everything with a blender, pour into plates or cups, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
