And the side dish itself only benefits from this. Even the most ordinary pasta becomes brighter and more appetizing. We will tell you how to prepare such a universal sauce.
You will need:
- flour - 50 g;
- meat broth - 600-800 ml;
- vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp;
- sour cream - 1 tbsp;
- tomato sauce - 2 tbsp;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- salt, pepper and spices to taste.
How to cook
1. Heat a dry and clean frying pan and, stirring constantly, fry the flour. It is desirable to heat it to a caramel color.
2. Separately heat the vegetable oil and fry the finely chopped onion. Then add the grated carrot.
3. Mix the broth with tomato paste and add to the pan with the vegetables. Bring everything to a boil.
4. Mix the sour cream with the fried flour and add a little broth. When there are no lumps left, pour the mixture into the pan with the broth.
Cook for 5-8 minutes, add salt and spices. If desired, you can stew meat, cutlets or mushrooms here. Enjoy!
