Cheese pizza is considered the simplest of all existing recipes. It looks no less appetizing.
It will be nice to know that even an inveterate bachelor can cook it.
You will need:
- milk - 250 ml;
- flour - 350 g;
- sugar - 1/2 tsp;
- salt - 1/4 tsp;
- yeast (dry) - 7 g;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
- assorted cheese (maasdam, feta, parmesan, cheddar) - 40-60 g each;
- tomato sauce to taste.
How to cook
1. Sift flour, mix with salt and sugar, add dry yeast.
2. Heat the milk and pour it into the dry mixture, stirring constantly.
3. When the mass forms a lump, add vegetable oil and knead the dough until it becomes homogeneous.
4. Then put it in a warm place for 40 minutes, and during this time grate the cheese on a coarse grater and break the feta into pieces.
5. When ready, roll the dough into a circle, spread with tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
