Raspberry tea has antipyretic, diaphoretic and anti-inflammatory properties, and also prevents the formation of blood clots and normalizes blood pressure.
This healthy drink can be drunk by both adults and children 30 minutes before meals, warm, half a glass 3-4 times a day (but consulting a doctor will still not be superfluous).
And it can be prepared from either fresh or dried raspberry branches in a dry, dark place.
The shoots should be rinsed under running water, then cut (broken) into pieces and thrown into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Fill the container with water and place it on the stove, turning the heat to low.
Prepare the future tea under a closed lid for half an hour, and when the time is up, remove the pan from the stove and leave it for an hour to infuse.
After this time, the drink should be strained, after which you can safely pour it into cups and serve.
Enjoy your tea!
Earlier we told you why you can’t drink tea if you leave a spoon in the mug.
