But to make the pancakes thin and lacy, it is enough to observe the proportions of all the ingredients and follow the recipe.

As experienced cooks note, for their preparation the products are taken in equal quantities - one glass each.

For one glass of flour you need to take a glass of boiling water and milk. In addition, you should prepare two eggs, a tablespoon of butter, a pinch of salt.

If you want sweet pancakes, you can add sugar to the dough. 2-3 tablespoons will be enough for this amount of ingredients.

How to make lacy pancakes

First, you need to mix the eggs with salt and sugar. As soon as the foam appears, you can add milk. In this case, the dough must be constantly stirred so that lumps do not form.

Add sifted flour in small portions. After this, it is advisable to let the mixture sit for about 20 minutes. Then you can pour in boiling water. Immediately mix the dough and add butter.

Pancakes should be baked in a preheated and dry frying pan.

They need to be fried on both sides until golden brown.
