There are a huge number of recipes. Here is one of the most delicious ones – chicken roll with cheese.
You will need:
- chicken breast - 500 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- cheese - 300 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp;
- herbs, salt, pepper to taste.
How to cook
1. Mix 3 eggs and 3 tbsp sour cream in a bowl. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add salt and chopped greens. Mix thoroughly.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cheese mixture evenly.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the baking tray in it for 10-12 minutes.
4. At this time, cut the onion into small cubes and fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.
5. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, add fried onions, salt, and spices to the minced meat.
6. Spread this mixture on the cheese layer, roll it into a roll, and place it on a baking sheet so that the joint is at the bottom.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil 3-5 minutes before it is ready so that the roll browns.
