What to cook with broccoli and fish: a nutritious and healthy casserole

They say that a proper dinner should be light, nutritious, tasty and healthy. There are too many qualities that are difficult to combine in one dish – but this is only at first glance.

This is exactly the kind of dish you can prepare if you have broccoli and fish in the fridge.

You will need:

  • broccoli - 300 g;
  • fish (fillet) - 150 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • milk 50 ml;
  • vegetable oil;
  • cheese to taste;
  • salt, spices to taste.

How to cook

By the way, fish can be replaced with any seafood, but it will have to be prepared.

1. Separate the broccoli into florets and place the cabbage in a pan greased with vegetable oil.

2. Cut the fish fillet into strips, cubes or any other shape you like and place it together with the broccoli in a dish.

3. Beat eggs with milk in a separate bowl, add salt, spices, mix and pour over the fish and cabbage.

4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on top of the future casserole.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
