Potatoes are a versatile vegetable. They can be fried, boiled or mashed.
But the side dish will be much tastier if you bake the potatoes in the oven.

Ingredients
For each potato you need to take:
Butter, 10 g,
- Grated cheese, 30 g,
- Sour cream, 40 g,
- Bacon, 20 g,
- Garlic, herbs and spices – to taste.
In addition, you need to prepare some olive oil.
How to make stuffed potatoes
Vegetables need to be washed and thoroughly dried with paper towels. Then the tubers need to be greased with oil and put in the oven. Bake the potatoes until fully cooked at 200 degrees.
The finished vegetables should be carefully cut into two parts. Most of the pulp should be removed. This should be done carefully so as not to damage the finished fruits.
The potato pulp should be mixed with sour cream, butter, fried bacon, herbs and grated cheese. It would not be superfluous to add a little dried garlic and pepper.
Once the mixture is mixed, it needs to be distributed over the potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top again and put in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Before serving, it is advisable to garnish the dish with fresh herbs.
