- minced chicken - 500-550 g;
- onions - 200-250 g;
- cheese - 180 g;

How to make cutlets with cheese
First, chop the onion in a blender, then mix it with the minced meat, salt and pepper.
The mixture must then be placed in the refrigerator for 25-35 minutes.
Then you can move on to the next step. You need to make a flat cake out of the minced meat and put a piece of cheese in the center. Then you need to shape the cutlets.
Place the preparation on a frying pan preheated with oil.
It is better to cook over low heat.
