How to cook cabbage rolls with wheat groats
For 500 grams of minced meat you need 50 grams of wheat groats. It is cooked until half-ready.
While the cereal is cooking, prepare everything else. Finely chop 200 grams of cabbage, add a third of a teaspoon of salt, and knead with your hands.
Add minced meat and one onion chopped in a blender to the cabbage. Then add cereal, one egg, half a teaspoon of salt, black pepper and paprika (to taste), make cutlets.
Next, make the sauce. Mix 200 grams of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, three cloves of crushed garlic, salt, pepper and 200 ml of water.
Place the cabbage rolls on a greased baking tray, pour in the sauce and place in a preheated oven. Bake under foil for half an hour, remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes.
