How to make thin pancakes
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Eggs should be mixed with salt and sugar. Then you need to pour in milk and beat the mixture with a mixer. Gradually pour in boiling water, but the dough should still be beaten.
Afterwards, you can mix in the sifted flour. At the end of cooking, you should pour oil into the mixture.
Don't start frying pancakes right away. Let the dough sit under the lid for about half an hour.
