Potatoes are a vegetable that often appears on the table. After all, they serve as the basis for preparing a variety of delicious dishes.
One of the easiest and healthiest ways to cook this root vegetable is to bake it. It requires minimal effort to get a flavorful dish with a crispy crust.
Ingredients
To prepare two servings, you only need:
- potatoes - 6 pcs.;
- sunflower or olive oil - 1/3 cup;
- honey - 1 tsp;
- garlic - 6 cloves;
- lemon - 2 pcs.;
- Dijon and grain mustard - 1/3 cup.
Cooking process
The potatoes need to be washed, peeled and cut into equal small pieces. It is advisable to dry them with a paper towel.
The slices need to be laid out on parchment. Afterwards, they should be poured with sauce.
The latter is prepared quite simply.
To do this, you need to mix oil and lemon juice with mustard, crushed garlic, and honey.
Bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven (200 degrees).
The potatoes need to be turned over periodically.
It is better to serve the dish with fresh chopped herbs.
