It turns out that in order to prepare delicious cutlets, meat is not at all necessary.
We offer you a recipe for a delicious and light dinner - the cutlets prepared according to it turn out with a chicken flavor, tender and ruddy.
To do this, you will need 2.5 cups of oatmeal, which you need to pour into a bowl and add 2 chicken or meat-flavored bouillon cubes (knead the cubes with your hands first).
Now pour in 2 cups of boiling water and, after stirring, leave it under a closed lid for 15 minutes.
After the specified time, stir the contents of the bowl again and again set it aside for a quarter of an hour (this time without a lid).
After this, you can add ground pepper, an onion grated on a coarse grater, a crushed clove of garlic, an egg and a tablespoon of mayonnaise or sour cream to the cutlet mixture.
Mix all the ingredients again, then you can start making the cutlets. It will be easier to do this with wet hands.
Roll the cutlets in flour and fry in heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
As a side dish, we recommend using a vegetable salad seasoned with sour cream or sunflower oil.
