Cooking process

It is worth noting here that when mayonnaise is prepared using eggs from domestic hens, its color will be more yellow.
If you want to make the taste of your homemade sauce more interesting, you can add a little dried or chopped garlic, dill or pepper.
This mayonnaise tastes just as good as store-bought mayonnaise.
You can store the prepared homemade sauce in the refrigerator for no more than 4 days.
