Ingredients

For the test you need to prepare:

  • mayonnaise - 6 tbsp;
  • sour cream - 250 g;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • flour - 130 g;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp.

For the filling you need to take:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • white cabbage - 500 g;
  • salt and spices – to taste.

How to make a jellied pie

First, you need to make the filling. To do this, boil the eggs hard, then cool and cut into small pieces. Shred the cabbage, then mix with salt, pepper and eggs.

Then you can move on to the dough. To do this, mix mayonnaise with sour cream, eggs, flour, salt and baking powder.

First, pour half of the resulting mass into a baking dish, and then add the filling. Then pour the rest of the dough into the dish.

If desired, you can mix the dough and filling immediately and then place it in the pan.

The pie needs to be baked for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
