What to add to cocoa
Option one: lemon juice
Not the most common combination, but cocoa will open up in a new color and taste. A couple of drops of lemon juice are enough for one cup.
Option two: vanilla and cinnamon
A pair that has become a classic combination. You can use vanilla sugar, and cinnamon, either ground or sticks.
Option three: salt
This is a well-known flavor enhancer. You can add a small pinch of salt per cup. Salt will make the cocoa taste richer.
Option four: hot pepper
Who doesn't know the taste of chocolate with hot pepper? The main thing is not to get carried away with spices, so that you don't have to wash down the cocoa with water.
