List of necessary products
- a standard small pack of spaghetti (no more than three hundred grams);
- 250 grams of squid fillet;
- one and a half glasses of cream with medium fat content;
- onion;
- about fifty grams of butter;
- two cloves of garlic;
- salt, a mixture of herbs and spices.
Cooking process
This dish is very easy to prepare, so even a novice cook can handle the recipe. First of all, cook the pasta according to all the rules - put it in boiling salted water with a little olive oil.
We look for the recommended cooking time and reduce it by two minutes.
In a separate frying pan, melt the butter and fry the onion with garlic. Add the cream. As soon as the mixture starts to boil, you can add the squid strips with salt and spices.
The seafood will be ready in five minutes. At this point, add the spaghetti and begin to stir our pasta.
If desired, serve the dish with a topping of grated Parmesan cheese for added sophistication.
